Zoom link to be sent prior to training.

Co-Creating the Relationship is an important component of coaching and needs to be an ongoing part of every conversation. Building trust and creating a supportive learning environment that focuses on the coachee’s strengths and core values are important elements of the coaching relationship.

Effective communication is also an important part of the coaching relationship. Coaches must actively listen to fully understand the coachee’s intent in the context of their values and goals. Active listening and inquiry are used to gather information and stimulate reflective practice to support the coachee’s learning.

Join us to learn more about meaningful ways to co-create the relationship for a successful coaching partnership.

• Participants will learn ways to foster a safe, reflective, and supportive
environment that focuses on the coachee’s values, strengths, and goals.

• Participants will recognize various ways to effectively communicate with each
coachee, demonstrating respect for individual skills and abilities within the cultural
context of the coachee.

• Participants will understand how to partner with coachees to work together towards shared vision
and goals, how to be mindful of the coachee’s perspective, and recognize ways to respect, honor, and
capitalize on the equally important knowledge and experience of both coach and coachee.

Open to all Early Childhood Coaches in Nebraska. Participants must have direct coaching experience prior to attending a Coach Booster Training. Training is approved for NDE Training Hours.

Limit to 25 attendees per session. Registration is free.
