Jacob Clark
Jacob is the Director of Food Security with Nebraska Children and joined the organization in April 2023. He is an expert with vertical farming and controlled environment agriculture, having started the first commercial vertical farming business in Nebraska in 2019. Jacob has further experience in the education, and resource conservation sectors. He graduated from the University of Nebraska-Lincoln in 2017 with a B.A. in Economics with a focus on Environmental Policy. Jacob enjoys playing a wide range of video and board games, cooking with his wife Chloe, and giving belly rubs to their dog Atlas.
