Steven Cain
Steven joined Nebraska Children in May 2024 as the Senior Lead of Evaluation and Data Analysis for Early Learning. Previously, he worked as an instructional designer at UNL, supporting teaching and learning development across the institution. During this time, he was responsible for providing consultations, developing resources, and offering professional development programming. He also supported faculty research on the impact of various teaching practices.
Steven is originally from Dakota City, Nebraska. He studied journalism at the University of Nebraska-Lincoln and earned a master’s in teaching, learning, and teacher education. Outside work, he enjoys cooking, gaming, running, and spending time with his dog, Ruby.
